Hi, my name is Steve Nunno and I am a 35+ year veteran in Fitness Nutrition and Training. I am a certified F.A.T. Method practitioner as well as a founding member of the F.A.T. Method Program that is taking America by storm.
I currently own OMG Boxing which is a fitness boxing studio training all kinds of people from all walks of life. I am the physical fitness coordinator for the Utica Fire Academy and I also have been coaching firefighters for the last 18 years from all over the world with my online company Commit to Be Firefit
In that time, I have used a lot of training techniques and a lot of different nutrition tactics to help my clients lose weight, look great, and (most importantly) feel fantastic.
